Bob Summers’ career began at Magic 104, an Adult Contemporary station Dayton, Ohio in 1981. In 1983 moved to WIZE AM, Springfield, then in 1985 became evening announcer at powerhouse station WBLZ in Cincinnati. Bob has also been on-air at WTLT in Columbus, Ohio. In 1991, Bob signed on with a new signal - WROU FM, 92.1 in Dayton as the station’s first Morning Man. Bob later moved to Mid-Day, and Production Director. Bob has been with Radio One ever since!
Bob is a family man, born and raised in Xenia, Ohio,. Bob enjoys time with his wife and family, (2 boys, and 2 girls)! Bob loves music, food, (especially anything grilled, and greens)! Bob also enjoys The Arts, traveling, movies, bowling, being a part of the community.
